Garland不愧为编剧出身，剧本写得很流畅完整 (虽然主线节奏缓慢, 但镜头语言很美). 整部剧的铺垫都是关于决定论(Determinism)和平行宇宙(Probability)的争论，最后一集的给出的解释很完美，并且深度超过了之前所有的类似题材的科幻片(可惜剧本遗留的冷战思维较为幼稚)... [结尾含义⇛“the universe remains deterministic in the way it operates, but within the quantum level, it offers every particle a choice and possibility.”] （[绿帽小说]译名为本人修改 虽然无法还原Devs-Deus的准确意思 但好歹与剧情相对应）
